Conclusion
The survey has produced the following findings:-
i) Identification of an elongated conductor which may be a fault trending in the north-northwest (NNW) direction.
ii) Identification of two highly-conductive localities in the lower half of the survey area.
iii) General absence of magnetic anomalies in the area.
Recommendations.
i) Future follow-up VLF electromagnetic investigation should use the NDT (Japan) as the transmitting station. This would permit features running perpendicular to the primary field from this station to be detected.
ii) Additional VLF electromagnetic and magnetic surveys to be carried out futher south of line L 13 + 00 to detect the metasediments granite contact.
