<br/><br/> As part of a proposed systematic survey of the limestone resources of Peninssular Malaysia, the limestone hills in the vicinity of Sungei Pancing were investigated from 6th to 20th February 1982; this investigation forming part of a comprehensive limestone resources survey of Pahang. The limestone hills that were surveyed were Bukit Caras, Bukit Sagu and Bukit Tenggek.
