N2  - In February 1978 the Geological Survey of Malaysia with technical and analytical assistance from the government of Canada undertook follow - up work over a previously known lead and zinc anomaly in Pahang state. This work has shown the area, now known as the Mengapur prospect, to have potential for three types of mineralization. In order of importance there are  : Porphyry copper - molybdenum, Vein type lead and zinc, replacement iron oxide
