<br/><br/> Gunung Paun Binong is the aunderlain by limestone of the Bau Limestone.It is a 100m high conical hill. The Limestone occurs as pinanacles on the lower slopes. The rock surface is rather irregular and sinkholes and underground cavities are common.On the higher slopes,Steep cliff faces,30 to 50m higher along the western and southern slopes.
