N2  - The Purpose of this investigation was to assess the quantity and quality of stone available in the area.Initial results indicate that the waterfalls of Sungai Belungai,Sungai Tapang and Sungai Salabat are three favourable sites for the establishment of a quarry.The rock at these three waterfalls are moderate to hard sandstone ,thin to thick beds with minor shale and sittstone
