N2  - This scheme report has been prepared in order to obtain "Surat Kebenaran Pengkuarian" for Lafarge Aggregates (M) Sdn Bhd by considering all the relevant issued and current operation at the quarry site. Through this report, the project operator fulfills each requirement based on the Kaedah- kaedah Kuari Negeri Sembilan 2009. They had also implement and adopted further advanced programs such as on training and rehabilitation program in order to protect and provide a harmony environment. It is also identified that through this report, basic needs on the quarry operation such as the blasting design practiced, existing silt trap pond and other factors is well studied by the quarry operator on order to maintain the quarry operation for the estimated time
