520			_aThis scheme report has been prepared in order to obtain "Surat Kelulusan Skim Kuari, Bil.: 15/2011" for Spring Energy Sdn Bhd by considering all the relevant issued and current operation at the quarry site. No major changes have been implemented at the site for last one (1) year. All existing quarry works are remaining the same except the development of quarry face. Through this report, the basic needs on the quarry operation such as the blasting design, existing silt trap pond, rehabilitation program and other factors are well studied by the quarry operator in order to maintain the quarry operation for the estimated time. It is also to prevent any effect to the surrounding environment. The quarry operator has ensured to follow the blasting design and considering the nearest structures of concern. The noise level and ground vibration limits were under the guideline limit. Furthermore, the existing silt trap pond is maintained frequently to reduce any soil erosion problems. Therefore, this operation is expected to be less nuisance and no problems to its surrounding thus, the operation could be continued as scheduled.
