The airbone geophysical survey was completed in 1980. By vit=rtue of the availability of the report in 1983 and by which time 80% of the central Belt area had been systematically geochemically sampled on a reconnaissance basis, its usefulness as a reconnaissance exploration tool was greatly reduced.
