This IRPA Project has been specifically designed with the view to : (i) study the characteristics of three natural silica sand deposits and one tailing dump, and (ii) upgrade their quality, through laboratory-scale beneficiation techniques involving magnetic separation and acid-conditioned from flotation procedures, to obtain the highest purity silica sand.
