| Summary, etc. | Geologi kawasan Kubang Rotan terdiri daripada enapan kuartener iaitu enapan lodak, lempung, batu kelikir dan pasir. Keputusan kajian menunjukkan rejahan air masin ke dalam sub permukaan banyak berlaku di kawasan berdekatan dengan laut dan juga sungai. Ini berkemungkinan disebabkan oleh kesan air pasang surut. Kebanyakan profil yang mempunyai lapisan air tawar dekat permukaan tanah adalah disebabkan oleh air takungan air hujan. |
