Summary, etc. Abstrak <br/> Satu kajian geofizik dengan menggunakan teknik magnetik telah dijalankan di kawasan Hutan Simpan Maokil, Mukim Chaah Baru, Daerah Batu Pahat, Johor. Objektif kajian adalah bagi mengesahkan kehadiran pemineralan magnetit dan seterusnya menentukan lokasi atau kawasan bijih besi dalam kawasan kajian.<br/> Keputusan dari kajian magnet berjaya mengesan beberapa zon anomali magnet yang berkemungkinan merupakan zon pemineralan. Kawasan atau lokasi yang telah dikenalpasti perlu disemak bagi menentukan kehadiran bijih besi dan/atau pemineralan magnetit. Maklumat geologi berserta dengan persampelan geokimia perlu disemak bersama-sama dengan keputusan kajian magnetik ini.<br/><br/>
Expansion of summary note Abstract <br/> A geophysical survey compromising magnetic method was conducted at Hutan Simpan Maokil, Mukim Chaah Baru, Daerah Batu Pahat, Johor. The main objective of the survey was to pin down an area to focus an exploration program for iron ore and to verify the occurence of magnetit mineralization within the survey area.<br/> Results from the magnetic surveys suceesfully detected several mineral deposit zones due ti its anomalously magnetic intensity. The highlighted area should be checked for iron and/or magnetite mineralization. geologic information together with geochemical sampling should be checked with this magnetic result.
