Summary: The study area is located in Chini - Penyur, Pahang. the geology of the area consists of rocks from permian rock of Mersing Group, Triassic rock of the Jasin - Gayong and Tembeling Group, cretaceous rock of the Gagau Group and the quaternary alluvium deposit. Research has been done by emphasizing on the magnetic anomolies. The magnetic anomolies were identified from the airbone data taken from Ayocs and Paton (1958, 1960). Information of the magnetic contour and geological had been processes using software Didger (GSI, 2000), Surfer (GSI, 1999), Excel (Microsoft Office, 20007) and MAGMS (Boot, 1988).
