This research evaluates 24 slopes by using method addressed by the Geotechnical Engineering Office, Hong Kong (GCO, 1992) for prioritizing for slope management, maintenance and monitoring and method by USGS (Charles etal., 1993) for assessment of rock slopes for potential instability along highways. A cut slope inventory form was created in order to carry out the assessment.
